Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled consultations may be eligible for rescheduling or refund, subject to our discretion and any applicable cancellation fees.

Our consultancy reports, recommendations, and methodologies constitute our proprietary intellectual property.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these terms and your use of our services.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication, we are open to alternative dispute resolution methods, including mediation, before resorting to formal legal proceedings. Either party may terminate ongoing consultancy services with reasonable notice as specified in the relevant service agreement. PixelSummon reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or engage in any conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, but the provisions of these terms regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and PixelSummon regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
